近日，中山大学中山医学院董俊超教授团队和中山大学附属第七医院陈纯教授团队合作在Cell Reports杂志上发表题为USP7 promotes IgA class switching through stabilizing RUNX3 for germline transcription activation的文章，该研究表明USP7和TGFb通过调节Sa胚系转录活性来控制cohesin介导的挤出环朝上游S区的移动，进而调控CSR过程的特异性。
