近日，来自美国哥伦比亚大学的Emmanuelle Passegue研究团队在Cell Stem Cell上发表题为Autophagy counters inflammation-driven glycolytic impairment in aging hematopoietic stem cells的文章，发现在衰老的小鼠HSC中，自噬可以代偿慢性炎症诱导的代谢失调，并且对于自噬的短暂调控可以恢复衰老HSC的糖酵解状态和再生能力。
